M.I.N.D ("the app") is a memory card game for Android and iOS. The app is free and shows ads. This policy explains what the app does with your information.

What stays on your device

Your level stars, best scores, daily streak and sound setting are stored on your device only. We do not collect them and we do not have accounts.

Ads (Google AdMob)

The app shows a banner ad, and a full-screen ad after every second game, both supplied by Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, Google and its advertising partners may collect from your device:

• your device's advertising identifier (Advertising ID on Android, IDFA on iOS), and other device or app identifiers
• your IP address, which can indicate your approximate location
• how you interact with ads and the app, such as app launches and taps
• diagnostic and performance information, such as crash logs and app launch time

This data is used for advertising, measuring ads, analytics and fraud prevention. It is collected by Google as an advertising provider and is not sent to us. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

• iOS: the first time you open the app, iOS asks whether the app may track your activity across other companies' apps and websites. If you choose Ask App Not to Track, ads are not personalized and the IDFA is not used. You can change this any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
• Android: you can reset or delete your Advertising ID and opt out of ads personalization in Settings → Privacy → Ads.
• EEA, UK and Switzerland: the app asks for your consent before showing personalized ads. You can change your choice at any time using Ad privacy settings on the app's menu.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has used the app, contact us.

Changes to this policy

If we change what the app collects, we will update this page and the effective date before the change takes effect.
